Out on parole, POCSO convict arrested for raping 5-year-old in Uttarakhand
A man recently released on parole after a POCSO conviction has been apprehended for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl in Pithoragarh. The accused, Hosiyar Singh, a driver, was serving a seven-year sentence for a previous child sexual assault case.
